• Biography The early 2000s saw Mini B, merely 10 back then, pick up on electronic beats. He’d go lurking in all the record stores in town searching for something satisfy his ears with. But it wasn’t till he was 14 that Mini B decided to share his taste and passion with all the clubbers eager for some good music. • Biography Born in Canada with Lebanese roots, Eddie’s sound of forward-thinking cutting edge Trance has seen him received huge support from the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Max Graham, John O’callaghan, Aly & Fila and many more... With releases on the globes largest Trance labels Armada Music and Vandit Records, it’s no wonder Eddie is being highlighted as one of the most promising up and coming artists in the industry. Eddie’s first breakthrough came in January 2011, when he sign and releases his magical touches on “Armada Music” owned by the legend Armin Van Buuren, with the track ‘Drift’ – a collaboration with Anjunabeat’s favorite Genix. Following up his initial success, Paul Van Dyk’s “Vandit” label, immediately stood up and took notice, snapping up a 2 track ep titled ‘Beirut’ and ‘Red Room’. • Biography Born on the 23rd of October in 1992. He moved to Lebanon in 1996 at the age of 4 and has been living there since. At the age of 14, after mastering Hip Hop & RnB music since the age of 11, Dimix took a turn into EDM because of his brother who hosted a radio show (called ‘’Source Quake’’ on Source FM – Coventry/London) who deeply influenced him into electronic music. Summer 2004, Dimix played for the first time in a summer camp when he was only 12! From that day, Dimix found the gift that was brought to him from above, and as he had no fears, he took advantage of it, and went for more. Summer 2008, Dimix joined Clubbers Of Lebanon* and as a first project for his local rising, they organized an event called ‘The Bleeding Symphony’ that hosted more than 4000 crazy raving clubbers ! He was described as the ''eargasm engineer''! Fall 2008, Dimix joined Underground Management where he received a guest residency at Underground Club (Kaslik). That club will host many events featuring big local DJs ! • Biography Rudebox has had more than a fare share of experience in the realm of music. He grew up listening to classical and jazz and was a musician-in-the-making, playing the piano as early as the age of 6. As a teenager, his interest in music blossomed. He was a member of several alternative and rock bands playing either as the bassist or guitarist. At the age of 15, the Lebanese-born and based DJ started nourishing another talent of his: composing. Not afraid of letting his oriental roots subtly resonate in his works, he later on produced and co-produced a fusion of genres for different projects, ads, TV shows and a few local artists. His taste has mainly been shaped by music giants such as Pink Floyd, David Benoit, Fausto Papetti, Michel Petrucciani, John Pattitucci and Joe Satriani to name a few. Rudebox, a.k.a. Tarek Majdalani got into the world of radios and event-organisation early on and still occupies the position of Head of Marketing and Production at NRJ Lebanon. He also added a 3-year successful artist management episode to his diverse experience launching, producing and promoting local DJs. Rudebox hosts his weekly “Rude Sessions” show on NRJ Mastermix (www.nrjlebanon.com/mastermix ), airing every Saturday night at 11. He also holds a regular residency at The White Club and Mad - Beirut’s most active clubs - among appearances at different venues and events around the country. • Biography It all started in 1999 when Dio discovered Trance music for the very first time. Evolving from an avid listener to an obsessive record collector to a skilled DJ to a promising producer, Dio progressed in his musical career with a fast pace while developing his reputation locally as the one reference for Progressive Trance. Dio has devastated clubs and venues all over Beirut city – the clubbing capital of the Middle East – and all across the nation. His acquired taste in electronic music and skillful DJing techniques earned him big room event spots side to side with the likes of Cosmic Gate, John '00' Fleming, Marco V, Deep Dish, Dubfire, Sharam, Fred Baker, and Greg Nash to name but a few, in addition to countless guest appearances on top radio shows all over the globe. In 2008, Dio landed his debut radio show: “NRJ Mastermix with Dio” is his weekly show on Europe’s and Lebanon’s leading radio station, broadcasting every Friday night at 11. Dio’s current sound can best be described as “genreless”, architecting a cross-genre fusion of contrasting yet complementary sounds into a careful blend of eclectic electronica. • Biography Bob Howard has come a long way. From his early years spinning old-school house music sets to his tour-de-force as the man behind White’s distinctive sound, his passion for dance music has defined his journey. Like many influential DJs and producers of his generation, the sounds of latin, jazz and disco had an influence on his sonic style. Soon he was gaining a reputation as an innovator at the Middle East house music scene. In 2009, Bob Howard released through Paradisco Records the seminal series, Pure White 1 and in 2011, Pure White 2 , a new single “Under My Skin” with Jezz and his debut album “This Is Beirut” which includes his first single “Beirut 06” that reached anthem status across the Middle East. His album also involved collaborations from local and international artists such as Ivan M, Keith Thompson, Jezz, Elaya, dj Devon, dj Rudebox and Najib Costantin. • Biography Michel de Hey must be seen as one of the people who took responsibility for dance music and its direction in Rotterdam. With his talent both as a producer and as a DJ, Michel opened the door to techno and tech house for a lot of people. Over the years Michel succeeded to get a solid reputation abroad through his excellent DJ performances at clubs, parties and festival events across the globe. His DJ career kicked of in 1986 and with his first recording release 'Break' he entered the Top 10 of the US Billboard Dance Charts. Since then, Michel de Hey developed his funky techno sound to what it is today. Many times Michel has been nominated for national dance awards such as the LSDA Awards, the TMF Nokia Awards and the Update Dance Awards. Michel de Hey has won the award for Best Techno DJ of the Netherlands last December for the fourth time! Since the beginning of 2003 he started to work together with the former Cosmack Management in London, now called Litheum Bookings. They are now responsible for all his dj activities outside the Benelux. Next to Michel they also take care of dj’s like Carl Cox, John Digweed, and Jimmy van M. But above all Michel is playing all over the world, while maintaining his status as the number 1 underground tekhouse/techno dj from Holland. He has entertained thousands and thousands of people with his unique sound. From Space Ibiza, to Indonesia, from a 4000 people Rotterdam solo beach party to the Womb in Japan, from Circo Loco at DC 10 to Creamfields, the list is endless.
