PLANET HIT
 Planet Hit is Lebanon's biggest and most interactive afternoon show. It is fronted by British radio personality Steve Peters, who launched the show in January 2009. Planet Hit quickly became essential listening, not only for NRJ's target audience of under-35s, but also for radio listeners across the various demographic spectrums.
Planet Hit with Steve Peters gathers together the essential elements to keep Lebanon's under-35s listening for longer, and more often! Prizes, requests, listeners calls/messages, showbiz, sport and celebrity interviews are just a few of the incentives that reward the show's listeners.
Musically, the show plays (as NRJ's tagline rightly says) Hit Music Only! The biggest hits in Lebanon, Europe and the USA are carefully compiled together to fill the show with the most popular songs around at that particular time. Listener requests are key to the format of the show and the audience are encouraged to call or text Steve their requests, which they do in massive numbers each day.
Topics of conversation on the show reflect that of the target audience. If listeners are talking about it in their day-to-day life, Planet Hit will be talking about it. If they're not, we wont. It's that simple. A typical show may include chat about celebrity scandals, sports news, ground breaking events, daily life in Lebanon, odd news from around the world and of course, lots of listener interaction.
In the time it has been on air, Planet Hit has got many people talking.
